Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee, and those who miss the start of their appointment without notification will be charged the full appointment fee.
Payment Policy
Patients are ultimately responsible for all charges related to services provided, regardless of insurance coverage, claim status, or billing errors.
As a courtesy, we may submit claims to your insurance provider on your behalf. However:
- Submission of a claim does not guarantee payment.
- If your insurance denies or does not process a claim for any reason, the outstanding balance becomes the patient’s responsibility.
- Patients are responsible for understanding their own insurance benefits, including coverage limits, deductibles, and exclusions.
In the event that a service was not billed at the time it was rendered due to administrative oversight or delay:
- The patient remains responsible for payment once the charge is identified and billed.
- Notification of such charges will be provided as soon as identified.
Payment Timeline
- Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise stated.
- Any unpaid balances may be subject to follow-up reminders or collections procedures in accordance with applicable laws.
Payment Methods
We accept multiple forms of payment, including debit, credit, and insurance (up to 30 days from appointment, otherwise insured members have one calendar year to submit to insurance).
